Job Description

We're seeking a Senior Developer with a minimum of 5 years experience who can join a tight-knit team of 3 in developing a critical core platform for a financial services company. The ideal candidate for the role will be coming out of an investment management environment where they are hands-on in developing the codebase and implementing its infrastructure. This is an incredibly exciting opportunity for someone who wants to see true impact of their work within a smaller organization!

Compensation: $130-180k with an annual bonus

Logistics: This position is hybrid (Tuesday through Thursday) in their Tampa, FL or Downtown LA office.

Here's a few things you'll do:

• Develop, test, and maintain software applications using C#, .NET, and React.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to standards.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues to optimize application performance.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Continuously improve software development processes and practices

And here's what we need:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, etc.
• 5+ years in full-stack engineering
• 3+ years experience with Microsoft SQL, C#, .NET, etc.
• Proficiency in front-end development technologies such as React, TypeScript, and JavaScript
• Experience with RESTful APIs and web services
• Familiarity with database technologies such as SQL Server or MySQL
• Industry experience in financial services, asset management, or investment management
• Big plus for Bloomberg Terminal experience!
